    Document the damage with photos, exchange information with the other party, and notify your insurance company.

    You can then contact us to schedule an estimate or complete our Estimate Request Form.

    If your vehicle is not safely drivable, call us and we will arrange a tow truck to the scene. If police are present, you may ask them to request Kessel Collision / Parkside Towing from the SCPD Accident List. For towing assistance outside of regular business hours, text ACCIDENT to 631-478-5064, and a Kessel Collision representative will return your text.

  • No. You have the right to choose the repair shop you trust. Insurance companies may recommend certain shops, but the final decision is always yours.

  • Yes. We work directly with all major insurance companies to help make the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

  • No appointment is necessary—walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

    If needed, special arrangements can be made to fit your schedule, and estimates can be prepared outside of normal business hours.

  • Repair time depends on the extent of the damage and parts availability. Once your vehicle is inspected, we will provide a clear timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.

  • Yes. We provide a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of all repairs.

  • If your insurance policy includes rental coverage or you are going 3rd party (through the other person’s insurance), we can assist with coordinating a rental vehicle.

  • Contact us during regular business hours, and we will assist you in getting your vehicle released and towed to our facility.

    Outside of business hours, you can use the Contact Us form on our website to reach us.

    We will cover the release fees and bill your insurance company directly.

  • We are open Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30PM.

    We’re situated between Rocky Point High School and the Kohl’s shopping center, so if you see either of those, you’re very close.
