Joe has grown Kessel Collision from a two-man operation into a trusted, full-service collision repair facility with a team of over 10 professionals. His leadership is rooted in hands-on craftsmanship, customer-first values, and forward-thinking systems that support long-term growth and operational excellence—including expanded work in fire and emergency vehicle repairs.

GENERAL MANAGER

Gregg, has been with Kessel Collision since 1992, beginning his career as a painter and developing extensive, hands-on expertise across all phases of the repair process. Today, he oversees daily operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency throughout the shop. Known for his strong customer relationships, he works directly with clients throughout the repair process—providing clear communication, transparency, and confidence from start to finish.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Gwen oversees internal operations at Kessel Collision, managing accounting and human resources while ensuring day-to-day workflows run smoothly and the team is fully supported. She also handles customer follow-up, reaching out after visits to provide clarity, answer questions, and help ensure a positive, seamless experience.

TRUCK SHOP MANAGER

Dan has been a trusted leader at Kessel Collision since 2003, overseeing daily shop operations and complex vehicle repairs. His specialized experience with fire and EMS vehicles, along with advanced welding and fabrication skills, supports high-quality repairs across the operation.
